Keep Going
Tomorrow we enter the new Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse. This energy symbolizes movement and action while last year was all about shedding everything false. It was deep and sacred work. We have been releasing everything false in our lives as our intuition and knowing, by any name, the Universe, God, your Soul, has been cracking you wide open. Confronting yourself is hard, but keep going, it’s going to be worth it on the other side!
We’ve all had those moment that just break us. It’s very isolating to hold those feelings, and navigate through. I’ve learned through my own experience I have to sit in the 🔥🔥🔥 for awhile and feel the burn. All those unsavory feelings that hurt my heart take time to process, sometimes days, weeks, or years. It depends on how deep the wound is. I don’t judge the process, but find it gets better over time when I choose to remain aligned with my choices and decisions and show love and compassion for myself.
Prepare yourselves for new directions, and more alignment with your Soul. As you are called to be a higher expression of you, this year may push you out of your comfort zone. Any 🔥🔥🔥 Chinese Zodiac year amplifies what is. Do not judge the pace or direction, just follow your heart. You have what it takes!

I’m struck by how many Substack Notes are just variations of “don’t give up.”
Giving up is caused by our mind’s attachment to a result.
If we are living in the present, participating in the flow of life, working without attachment to the result, encouragement is unnecessary.
When we are present, we do not know how today’s experience fits into the larger picture. So how would we determine failure and success?
Presence gives us so much more than encouragement!
